Chris Cazenave and Rich Tyler, partners in the Litigation Practice Group in the New Orleans office, co-authored “Jury Consultants in Construction Cases: From Early Case Development through Trial,” published in the American Bar Association’s Under Construction. In the article, Chris and Richard discuss the unique advantages of hiring a jury consultant at the outset of a high-stakes complex construction jury case. The article is principally based on their successful use of a jury consultant on a $200 million construction dispute arising out of the construction of a multi-billion dollar industrial facility.
