Chris Cazenave, a partner on the Construction Industry Team, and Maggie Spell, a partner in the Labor & Employment Practice Group, co-presented “Considering COVID-19 Vaccination Policies for Your Construction Project?: A Primer on Legal, Administrative, and Practical Issues at Play,” for the New Orleans Bar Association CLE Zoom webinar on April 30, 2021. The attorneys discussed factors to consider when deciding on vaccine mandates for construction projects, how to assess requests for those who cannot receive the vaccine for medical or religious reasons, and a plan to incentivize getting the vaccine within projects.
