Alabama Super Lawyers is an annual publication of Thomson Reuters that serves to identify attorneys reaching high levels of peer recognition and professional achievement. Attorneys in Alabama Super Lawyers are selected through a multi-step selection process that begins with a statewide survey of attorneys.

In addition, partner Alan M. Warfield and associate Timothy M. Davis have been named "Rising Stars" in the 2010 edition of Alabama Super Lawyers. Mr. Warfield is listed as a "Rising Star" in the areas of General Litigation and Business Litigation, while Mr. Davis is listed as a "Rising Star" in the area of General Litigation.
