Shawn Daray, an associate in the Tax Practice group in the New Orleans office, served as a panelist at the Rice Global Engineering & Construction Forum (RFC) on June 8, 2023. Shawn presented "Inflation Reduction Act: Navigating the Murky Waters of Compliance and Incentives." Tiffany Raush, a partner on the Construction Industry Team in the Houston office, moderated the panel. Shawn and Tiffany were joined by industry leaders Adam Green at Worley and Brandon Mabile at Performance Contractors. RGF is an organization dedicated to understanding the critical issues affecting the E&C industry locally and globally.
