NEW ORLEANS, June 14, 2011—Jones Walker is pleased to announce its top rankings in the 2011 edition of "Chambers USA – America's Leading Lawyers for Business."

For the fifth consecutive year, Jones Walker is the only law firm in the state of Louisiana to be ranked in the first band—the top tier—in eight areas of practice that Chambers USA covers in Louisiana. The firm received first-band rankings in the practice areas of Banking & Finance, Bankruptcy/Restructuring, Corporate/M&A, Energy & Natural Resources, Environment, Gaming & Licensing, Labor & Employment, and Litigation: General Commercial. The firm was ranked in the second band in Real Estate and in Construction—a new practice category added in 2011.

Jones Walker also received a third-band ranking in the area of Banking & Finance in the state of Alabama.
