David P. Borghardt is an associate in the firm's Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group, and will practice from the firm's Baton Rouge office. Mr. Borghardt is a 2009 graduate of the Paul M. Hebert Law Center, Louisiana State University, where he received his juris doctor degree and Diploma in Civil Law, magna cum laude. At LSU, Mr. Borghardt served on the Moot Court Board, participated in the Judge John R. Brown Admiralty Moot Court Competition, and won the 69th annual Robert Lee Tullis Moot Court Competition. He received his Bachelor of Arts in English Literature, magna cum laude, from Louisiana State University in 2002.
Gregory Brumfield, Jr. is an associate in the firm's Labor & Employment Practice Group, and will practice from the firm's New Orleans office. Mr. Brumfield is a 2009 graduate of the Southern University Law Center, where he received his juris doctor degree, cum laude, and served as the Student Bar Association Vice President, as a member of the Southern University Law Center Mock Trial Team, and as a senior editor on the Southern University Law Review. A volunteer with The Pro Bono Legal Corps in Baton Rouge, Mr. Brumfield has also worked as an intern with the Louisiana Legislative Women's Caucus. He is a 2005 graduate of Nicholls State University, where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Government.
Christopher D. Cazenave is an associate in the firm's Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group, and will practice from the firm's New Orleans office. He graduated in 2009 from the George Mason University School of Law in Arlington, Virginia, where he served as the Executive Editor of the George Mason Law Review and was a member of the Moot Court Board. He received his Bachelor of Science in Economics, summa cum laude, from Louisiana State University in 2005.
Megan E. Donohue is an associate in the firm's Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group, and will practice from the firm's Lafayette office. Ms. Donohue is a 2009 graduate of the Paul M. Hebert Law Center, Louisiana State University, where she received her juris doctor degree and Diploma in Civil Law. A Faculty Merit Scholar at LSU, Ms. Donohue received the CALI award for excellence in Advanced Appellate Advocacy. She was involved with LSU's Trial Advocacy Board, the National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition, the LSU National Trial Advocacy Team, and won the LSU Ira S. Flory Trials as well as the defense portion of the LSU Opening Statement Competition in 2007. Ms. Donohue also served as the 1L Vice President of the Student Bar Association. She received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting, cum laude, from Louisiana State University in 2006.
Victoria A. Gallo is an associate in the firm's Business & Commercial Transactions Practice Group, and will practice from the firm's New Orleans office. Ms. Gallo is a 2009 graduate of the Tulane University Law School, where she received her juris doctor degree, magna cum laude, and was selected to Order of the Coif. At Tulane, she was a recipient of the Dean's Scholarship and was a member of the Moot Court Board, the Business Law Society, and the Tulane Environmental Law Journal. Ms. Gallo also participated in the Tulane University Legal Assistance Program (TULAP). She received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science, magna cum laude, from Vanderbilt University in 2006.

Ms. Hernandez is a 2009 graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law, where she received her juris doctor degree and was an Articles Editor of the Virginia Journal of Law and Technology, a member of the Virginia Innocence Project, and a member of the Health Law Society. In 2006, she graduated from Louisiana State University, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, summa cum laude, and was inducted as a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
