Chris Cazenave and William Underwood, partners on the Construction Industry Team, co-authored the article "Louisiana Federal Court Follows Other Federal Courts Enjoining Vaccine Mandates for Government Contractors" published in the LAGC Magazine – Winter Edition, 2022. Chris and William explain the ruling from the Western District of Louisiana to enjoin President Biden's executive order requiring government contractors to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. The decision stopped the vaccine mandate from going into effect in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Indiana, following similar rulings from several other states.
