Tiffany Raush, a partner on the Construction Industry Team in the Houston office, moderated a panel of in-house counsel from top engineering and construction firms in the US and abroad at the April 12, 2022, Society of Construction Law North America Gulf Coast Region luncheon in Houston, Texas. The panelists included Tom Gutting of Linde Engineering, Daniel Murdock of Bechtel, and Pamela Vidal of Wood, who participated in a lively discussion about the challenges in-house counsel face, the current landscape of key legal issues in the construction industry, and emerging trends in the construction industry.
