Tillery, a partner in the firm's Admiralty & Maritime Practice Group, spoke on a panel at the Greater New Orleans Barge Fleeting Association's ("GNOBFA") River and Marine Industry Seminar, held on April 24-26, 2013, at the InterContinental Hotel in New Orleans. Mr. Tillery offered the defense attorney's point of view on the panel titled, "Professionalism and Ethics in the Handling of the Personal Injury Litigation Matter—from Incident to Settlement or Judgment—Start to Finish." Marc C. Hebert, a partner in the firm's Business & Commercial Transactions Practice Group in the New Orleans office, served as moderator for several panel discussions throughout the seminar.
