Meghan has worked in defense of numerous major corporations, including oil and gas companies, chemical manufacturers, and engineering/construction firms in state and federal litigation and private arbitration. Meghan also handles matters involving class action defense, workers' compensation claims, indemnification and contract disputes, commercial disputes, insurance coverage claims, and contract negotiations. She has extensive experience managing expert witnesses and consultants in connection with litigation matters and regulatory compliance issues. Meghan is a proponent of pursuing creative resolutions in the early stages of a dispute, with an eye towards saving clients’ money and resources.
At her prior firm, Meghan led the effort to develop, participate in, and promote the firm's pro bono program in the community, helping represent those who otherwise might not have access to legal services. Under her leadership, her prior firm was named as the 2015 Louisiana Pro Bono Law Firm of the Year by the Pro Bono Project of New Orleans and was the recipient of the 2017 Louisiana State Bar Association Pro Bono Publico Award.
