A team of attorneys, led by partners Remy Donnelly and Benjamin Woodruff, and including partners Tim Brechtel, Christopher Hinsley, Christopher Wappel, and associates Ryan Flood, Parker Hufft, and Michael Stewart, advised Cinergy Entertainment Group, Inc. in the closing of a $125 million credit arrangement.

The financing includes an $80 million immediate commitment and a $45 million accordion feature to increase to $125 million. This new credit facility will allow Cinergy to expand into new locations and enhance existing venues.
