Marc C. Hebert es socio del Grupo de práctica corporativa y se centra en la representación de clientes en los sectores energético, de transporte marítimo, de productos químicos, farmacéuticos y de fabricación.


Marc representa a empresas y grupos comerciales ante organismos federales y estatales de los EE. UU., el Congreso de los EE. UU. y gobiernos extranjeros en una amplia gama de asuntos reguladores, administrativos y legislativos, con un enfoque en el comercio internacional, aduanas, transporte marítimo y asuntos de seguridad portuaria. También representa a clientes en litigios marítimos y comerciales y asuntos de arbitraje relacionados con envíos nacionales e internacionales. Marc ha publicado numerosos artículos sobre comercio internacional, aduanas, derecho marítimo y ambiental, y ha escrito y disertado en docenas de seminarios y conferencias enfocados en estos temas.

Marc practiced law with Bracewell & Patterson in Washington, DC, from 1996 to 2002. Before that, he worked for the US House of Representatives Government Reform and Oversight Subcommittee on National Economic Growth, Natural Resources, and Regulatory Affairs. From 2002 to 2005, he was an adjunct professor at the Loyola University New Orleans College of Law.
